what was the first rifle or shotgun you recieved?

My first gun was a J.C. Higgins 22 bolt action rifle. I still have it. My second was a left-handed Remington 870 that I bought new for $135 in about 1970. Still have it too.

My first rifle was a Ruger 10/22. Still have it today, only it looks a lot different now. It's all tricked out with a heavy barrel, thumb through stock, scope, trigger, etc. I still love to shoot it. It's a freakin' tack driver.

First was a H and R single shot .410. It became my sons first gun a few years back.

A "Stevens" single shot .410 for I think my 10th birthday in 1981. Still got it. It probably doesn't hold much market value, but it has a few memories in it!
