This is probably the best thing besides an led light I've added to my press .Since I've added this I've never had a flipped or missed primer.I also put a nut on the top of the primer rod Not sure of the size but the added weight keeps your primers feeding perfect and the nut slides on and stays put on the rod thinking its a 3/4 ".I added a nut on to my square deal also.
When i installed mine it seemed to work correctly but I didn't have any primers in it & didn't have anything I needed to load.
Son brought his rifle over this week so I could work up some loads for it. This thing is clearly not adjusted right, mostly primers would not drop into the primer bar, the ones that did drop didn't stay in the primer cup about 50% of the time.
I swapped back to the stock guide plate & it works fine. I didn't have time to mess with it, will have to reinstall it later & try to get it working right.
