What caliber ya using?

Shot 4 coyotes in the last 2 days with a 17 remington. Just getting into that one. Usually 223, but my 22-250 is my favorite rifle even though I use the 223 more. Most of my shots are minimum of 100 yards with 200 being common and the 223 works just fine out to 300

One of my matched LVSF's that are set in Ti take-offs

.223 Rem. is my go to rifle
.243 Win. when a chance of a big kitty coming in.

Note: Cougar are considered big game in Wa. and the .243 is the minimum allowed.

I use my .204 for about everything, With my handloads I still push a 40gr. Nosler right through a yote at a little 250 yds. If not the 204 its the old Browning Auto 12ga.

Remington Seven XCR .243

Thinking of getting a .223 or 22-250?

Both are great. How far are your shots gonna be?

Chupa

Well, it obviously varies but I wanna be able to get to 200-250 accurately.

Meant "what is the upper end of your expected shot range?"

200-250yds both will do. Much past 250yds, the .22-250 begins to take the lead.

Chupa

Oh, sorry Chupa. Man I apprecite the feedback. Someone told me that I should look into an AR in a .243 caliber... Just dont know. Gonna keep researching it. Thanks for the insight buddy.
