Your Bow

Martin Cougar III Magnum with Trophy Taker rest, Carbon arrows, Scott release and either WASP or Thunderhead broadheads.

I actually used the ol tried and true Bear Razorheads on these 2 hogs.

I got two does and a turkey with it last year using 100 grain WASP SST Hammers.

Nothing fancy here. Love the proven Mathews Drenalin design and it's smooth and quiet shooting capabilities so I picked up the new DR2.

Always been a Martin bow guy...this is my third since I started bow hunting with a compound at 13 years old.

Matthews DXT 60-70, great bow, will never look back......hadn't bought a bow in 20 years...went from a Ford to a Mercedes........when I learn how to post pics I'll do so..... I killed the first 3 deer I shot at with it. 6 deer came in to check out the Tink's.......I let 3 walk away.....

My primary bow has been a 2008 PSE Brute set to 63 pounds with a 28" draw. PSE 4 pin sight, Whisker Biscuit rest, Limbsaver stabilizer, I use Carbon Express Maxima's cut to 27.5 inches and 100 grain Muzzy's. I gave my old PSE Carera back up bow to my Nephew this summer so I've relegated the PSE Brute to backup to my new Mathews Z-7. Shot one at the bow shop and fell in love at first shot.

I rigged my Z-7 with a Saxon Bulls Eye 3 pin fiber optic sight, a Mathews one piece 5 arrow quiver, and a Whisker Biscuit rest. I screwed a Limbsaver stabilizer onto it. I had it set at 63 pounds with a 28" draw. I'm hoping it will prove as deadly as it is smooth.
