Legal firearms for Predators in your state?

I don't hunt deer on public land for the reason you described.

I can run 2 shells through my 12ga pump quicker than quick - but I rarely do.

It is just my opinion, but I don't see the need for semi-auto centerfire firearms - especially given the # of nimrods that hunt in the Keystone State.

IMO, the nimrods will ignore the ammo limit, - just as I see many do when using a PGC gun range that limits rifles to 3 shells and handguns to six. If I was a WCO, I could write a few citation every time I visit the range.
