Anyone eat Squirrel's?

Parboiled until fork tender then fry coated with seasoned flour. Make gravy out of the left over grease. That's some good eatin.

I made some "Party Squirrel" for dinner this week. Used the same recipe for party chicken except substituted the chicken with squirrel meat.

Party Squirrel Recipe:

Wrap bacon strips around meat pieces and put in bottom of crock pot.
Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream and pour mixture over meat pieces.
Cook in crock pot on high for 3 hours.

I like to serve it over egg noodles. The recipe works well for cottontail rabbits too.
