Sound Suppression of High and Lower Grain Bullets

Theoretically OR by facts, what would be more "suppressed" in terms of grainages?

*Note Ruger American .223 - I plan on shooting 55gr and 69gr Nosler rounds

I would think bullet wt make no difference. But, I have seen (ok heard) a difference from faster vs slower powders. Matter of muzzle pressure/% of powder burned/gas volume.
