What’s the eyepiece again that guys were using on their thermal scopes?

I think mine is for a pvs14?? it fits both my r25 Bering and my Thermion xg50

what's the advantage of running one of these vs. the factory eye guard?

no light spill, or screen lighting up your face. We went to them a year or so ago, and now its a must have on our rifles ...

Ahhhh, got it. I've been concerned about all the light emitting from the rear of the scope, didn't think about a shuttered eye piece. Great news!!! the best I can tell from measuring this won't work on my GH50 however, Dark night outdoors has these for a variety of scopes
