anybody here have any warranty work done from them . not too happy with them sent mt scanner in on 1/15 they probly did,nt get it for a few days but its been about a month called them last week said it would be a few days called them again today he said it usualy takes about 25 day on average i said its been about that already . then he basicly gave me a tough shit card and said it should be any day, i think that is taking way too long. missed out of one of best months so far.
 
i don,t remember what brand it was but they guaranteed it will be fixed or send you a new one in ten days that would almost be a reason to get one
