Gents,
Being a new guy at 75 and "extremely green" I purchased a Pulsar Digex C50 NV scope for my first dive into coyotes at night. It was delivered promptly.
After the fact I did a little research and realized other NV scopes were a lot less $$$.

I had an issue with the lense cover latch and sent it back to Pulsar. They stated the part wasn't in the USA (remember the Ukraine War) and it maybe a while before it came in. They advised to use it and return it after the season which I did. Pulsar emailed the unit was received and going to the tech dept. Next day they stated it was not repairable and were sending me a new unit.
Got that email late Thursday and scope was delivered Tuesday am. NIB complete! Remember the scope was under warranty!
That's customer service!!!
When I go thermal, I'll lean on Pulsar!
