Last spot of the night for me. I was getting tired, but I had already texted the landowner that I was going so I pulled in for 1 more. This is a 70+ acre property that is 75% ag field. There's more field to the north, coyotes should be in the woods to the east. Wind that night was SSW. I'd only called this spot once prior and thought I could set up a little better with a similar wind as last time, but when I got to where I wanted to be I learned that my visibility was way worse with the rolling hills in the field. I walked back and set up in virtually the same spot as last time. I think I was about 8-10 minutes into calling, and these 2 came into a coyote fight sound. The male was killed first 10 yards from my call, and I hit the female running at 105 yards.
