Applying moleskin to FOXPRO x24

Anyone done this ? The outside of my x24 gives the plastic clanky sound any time it bumps anything.

I put faux fur on mine, but then took it off. Lol. I think the fur would hold more scent so decided against it.

I ended up rattle canning it camo to get rid of the glare

I don’t think it changes the sound at all

I wrap mine with vet wrap, it mellows the sound and keeps them from dining like a bell if something hits them. My CS-24 and WT both have metal horns.

I wrapped mine in racoon fur. Didn't notice any difference in the sound.

A little pricey but a nice product that really helped quiet down my X2S was a neoprene cover from Reese Outdoors. At $50 it’s an investment, but so is everything else in this sport! Lol. It has a web handle for carrying as well as 2 D-Rings to hook a strap on for slinging over your shoulder.

I just put a neoprene cover from Boonedock outdoors on my X24. I like it, fits good.
