They have been causeing problems up in northern Minnesota for years. Insted of making money on selling tags in problem areas they pay for the lost livestock and pay someone to take care of the problem animals. With 3000 or so wolves in Northern Minnesota your bound to have problems.
I also like how they say you can't shoot a wolf to protect your bird dog. Witch dogs have been getting attacked while guys have been grouse hunting.
