Been using a Thermion 2 XP 50 for a year now. It really cuts through the high humidity, light fog and rain on the ultra-setting. The only thing I would change is I would buy with LRF only because I picked up an additional 10,000 acres of pastures, farmland, etc which was hunted by teenagers for years and they educated they coyotes so the hang up at distances.
I know you asked about the Talion XG 35, but I just picked up a Telos XP50 LRF (wider FOV & upgradable) and only had it a week or so and haven't hunted with it yet.
