I want to target coyotes that have been decimating our pronghorn herds this spring. I want to use pronghorn fawn in distress sounds but I’ve never heard a pronghorn fawn in distress.
Blow low pitched, rather drawn out bawls and the coyotes & antelope will BOTH come. I should know, because I was nearly stomped on by a doe antelope once. Slapped her along side of her neck with my rifle barrel, as reward for her effort.
I guess what I’m after isn’t the gizmo that makes the sound but a recording of it so I know what it’s supposed to sound like. I think Foxpro or somebody had a site where you could download and listen to a whole bunch of sounds but I can’t find that site or anyone else’s with a copy of it.
www.gofoxpro.com/main.htm Go to the sounds and then scroll down to the predator menu and if you scroll down that, there is cal taylor's antelope fawn.take care, daveyboy
