CORRECTION & update
For anyone following I spoke with customer service today regarding the zoom button on the second scope. Well it turns out there was NO malfunction. The zoom was disabled on the menu and yours truly didn't realize it! That is totally on me, ugh. Lol
Second, I was updated today my XRF is repaired and should be back to me on Thursday. One week turn around with a holiday, couldn't ask for more!
