Left Over Bait and Lures

Got hurt this season and had to cut trapping short. I have a lot of bait and lures left over. How does everyone store their left overs. Hate to throw away as its quite an investment. Many of the lure bottles have never been opened. Thanks for your feed back.

Store in a dark place that doesn't get hot. Put urine in glass jars before storing. Many lures get better as they age.

Put them in a cheap cooler in a somewhat cool place or cooler than being in the sun during the Summer. Most lures age for the better.

I have a special refrigerator in my shop just for the purpose. Lure goes in the freezer, bait and urine goes in the fridge.

Ha, someone would kill me if I put bait and urine in the fridge. But the cooler idea may work so long as there is not a lot of skunk. I think only one bottle has a strong skunk oder and I never unwrapped or opened it. Thanks every one for the feed back. I certainly will not throw out.
