How do you carry your gun on your ATV?

I have a Honda, and where the fender meets the body there's an indentation in the plastic. I removed one of the plastic rivets and bolted in a length of nylon webbing with velcro sewed on it to secure a rifle in an up-and-down position, cradled in that indentation. It's out of the way, handy to get to quickly on the run, and doesn't stick out. It bangs around a little bit, but it's just hitting plastic, and I haven't had an issue with knocking a scope off so far, and I've carried a gun that way for a couple of years now. I'd include a picture but I ain't high-tech enough to know how to do that.
