I bet if you called an industrial supply company like Applied Industrial Technologies or Grainger Supply they probably have tech specialists who could fix you up.
I'm assuming a few things....
I looked on Grainger.com, found the lowest RPM motor - 1/4 HP @ 850RPM.
You'd have a 5/8" dia shaft on that motor, the smallest OD pulley I saw was 2.00" OD. Put that on your motor shaft, spinning at 850RPM.
Shaft #1 - 7/8" dia shaft with 2 pillow block bearings on the ends and 2 pulleys - pulley #1 14.25" OD - pulley #2 2.55" OD. This is your reducer shaft, spinning at 124.5 RPM.
Shaft #2 - Your tumbler shaft. 7/8" dia shaft with a 14.25" OD pulley, spinning at 22 RPM.
Motor shaft pulley drives shaft #1's 14.25" OD pulley. Motor shaft #1's 2.00" OD pulley drives Shaft #2 (your tumbler).
This gets you to about 22RPM.
If I were you, I'd search over on Trapperman, which is one of the largest trapping forums I know of. Would be very surprised if you didn't find more than enough info. Good luck.....
