I have had mine out in the cold -10 and with the wind chill it was -25 and I started hunting at 8:30pm and finished at 4:30am and had zero problems. I had a extra set of batteries ready to go but I didn't even need them. Most of my stands were about 30 minutes long and one went to about 45 minutes trying to get a fox to come in.
I have hunted with my CS24 alot so far and the only problem I have had is if I don't hold the button down long enough when I turn on the remote it puts it into limbo. Other than that it has worked great.
