Weatherby Vanguard loves the Superformance 50gr.
Then again I don't get to pull the trigger very often...So the cost is worth it to me. Got five boxes for $100. Great deal.

I haven't shot factory loads for a lot of years but Federal was always best.

Hornady 55g v-max out of my Tikka. Shoots 3 shots into one ragged hole at 100 yards!!!! not too bad on fur either, no exit at 100 yards from the last coyote I shot.

Don't shoot factory loads.....but the 50 gr. PSP pushed with 35 grains of H4895 is a slobber knocker.

??? wouldnt the ballistic tips and hollow points destroy the pelt?

Seems to me that a soft point would be better??? or maybe a light weight 45 grain ballistic tip that would not pass through??

My 40 grain Hornady V-Max if you hit them in the shoulder will put a football size exit out of them !!! but my gun really likes the V-Max so cant put em down !!!
