25 WSSM or 25-06 pushing the 75 v-max are absolutely nasty. You should be able to push them out of the WSSM around 3500-3600, maybe a bit faster out of the 25-06. I shot a chuck with my 25 WSSM this year, 75 gr. hndy hp, one side, no damage, the other side (belly side) was quite literally a hole. Shot a rabbit at 300 with the v-max, and turned it inside out.
