Didnt happen. Not calling you a liar, but you were mistaken. There has never been any proof, not a single documented instance, of black cougars existing. Its cryptozoology. But you saw not one, but two black cougars... in pennsylvania. Sorry if im a bit hesitant to take you seriously. Id more believe a guy that claimed to be abducted by aliens.
