Just as the title hints at.....
How the heck does a person cook alligator meat??
Today, while shopping at a local grocery store, I happened to be in their "Seafood" deli area.
And I noticed that they had on hand, and for sale (@ $17.99lb), cut up alligator meat.
I didn't buy any, but am interested to give it try at a future time.
And I know there's some members here who are from down along 'gator country.
So, I thought I would ask how to cook it....because I certainly want to cook it completely, yet not overcook it.
NOW, KEEP IN MIND: I don't have any kind of outdoor grill; nor deep-fat fryer; nor any other nice cooking stuff like that.
Nor do I use my oven. (I haven't even opened that dang oven since I sent ex-wife #2 packing in 2004!)
But I do have a nice stainless 12" skillet!!
