They put a season on them to appease the Mexican gov. No plug is required and no migratory bird permit required. If your local dnr game warden or whatever you call them gives you crap about hunting crows in any fashion you need to move cause he obviously has it in for you. Try the mcdonalds trick you'll be amazed
