Behold a feast for your eyes to see!! The "SS" Critter Gitter

As per our previous discussion great job!!! Shoots really well!! What kind of range/accuracy (hunting) are you getting or expect... I think it's all in the trigger!!!! LoL!!! Strong Work Widow!!!

Yeah that is super-congrats. You are very talented and should be working in r&d for a firearms manufacturer-heck maybe you do!

I think 125yds will be max range, its a pistol round after all. The 125gr bullets im shooting now drop like a rock after 150yds. Havent shot it past 100yds yet, ran some numbers at 150yds should be around 11" low. Going to try some 158gr bullets next. Im just a fabrictor.

Shot a few .38 specials, it cycles them great. Also shot a few full power factory loads, no problems. I could tell the had a lot more juice than the base reloads iv been shooting. Im thinking a .45colt version next.

Started doing some serious load development. This thing doesnt like 158gr bullets with the 1/10 twist barrel. They shoot 3" at 30yds!!

Mean while the 125gr XTP's over 16gr of Alliant 2400 at 1,780fps are shooting exceptionally well. 100yds

To the OP, this is too cool. Please share pictures and video as you update.

That is definitely cool. Especially cool that it is one of a kind and built with your own hands. I like the 45 Colt idea, too. It would be a real "Space Cowboy".
