That's hot load related. What exactly is it that you guys are seeing that make you believe head space? This rifle was at the PM hunt. Was it doing it then? Head space issues don't just appear, it would have been that way since day one...
 
Too hot a load or the throat is too tight. Try reducing the loads, a slower powder or send the barrel back to get the throat length checked. JMHO. kwg

Yep, it's been happening all along, even at the PM hunt. I just didn't notice it until this spring. Not load related. As I stated before, I've tried several factory and hand loads. I won't shoot the gun again until I have eliminated every possibility.
