I shot a Shilen Stainless Steel Match barrel out shooting the 60g Sierra chambered in 6mm Rem shooting 50.0g of Win 760 in a Win case, with a fed 210 primer. The groups are very tiny and at 4000 fps, they did not tear up hides much at all, but the coyotes were laying right where you hit them, even when shot way back in the stomach.
The 60g Sierra is a much tougher bullet than a 60g Berger, and of course tougher than a V-Max.
I have shot the 60g Sierra in several 243's, and in a 243 BAR that I hunted with.
Accuracy with the 60g Sierra is on par with a 60g Berger, also.
If I were starting off loading the 60g Sierra in a 243, I would start off at 46.5g of 760 and work my way up to 49.0g one shot at a time to establish where the pressure becomes excessive. At the point to where the pressure becomes excessive, back off 2.0g and work your way up shooting 3 shot groups, avoiding the load with excessive pressure, of course. Accuracy will be found within 2.0g of Max, with really fantastic speed and accuracy.
Even the BAR shot 1/2" groups with the 760 and 60g Sierra's.
Good luck!
