The load is pretty mild - 50gr vmax with 25.5gr benchmark. I don't know the COAL off the top of my head.
I'm shooting it out of a 10" AR pistol so accuracy isn't a big concern either.
I own a metal recycling business and I buy buckets and barrels of range brass all the time. I just happened to buy a 5 gallon bucket about a year ago that was all 223 so I stated loading it in my spare time. This was my first run at loading for an AR. I get along pretty well with bolt guns.
So far the first 1,000 or so seem to all be good. I had a couple cases get stuck in the middle and I'm guessing I didn't get my dies reset properly. So it's just the latest 1500 or so that appear to be iffy...
