One of these products may help you determine the correct OAL for your rifle.
If you have a 1-14 twist barrel getting serious accuracy with a heavier bullet may require max or near max loads. For safety's sake work up but don't exceed the powder mfr's listed max load.
I shoot the Berger 52 grain MV bullet with IMR 4350 powder and get very good accuracy. This is not a fur friendly load, BTW. I also get good accuracy with the 50 grain V-Max also with IMR 4320.
