12 twist is what I am running...I have no intentions of running anything heavier than a 55gr bullet in this cartridge and the 53gr vmax requires a minimum of a 12 twist to stabilize it. Most don't realize that the 53vmax is like a VLD bullet...which is why it has such a hi BC and requires a faster twist.
