The big five is more of a rarity than a six. I have killed a couple other mature bulls in this area that had smaller racks than you would have expected them to. One of them had short fat spikes that looked more like antelope horns than elk horns. I knew that he was an older bull so a biologist friend sent a tooth in to age him. He came back at 6 1/2 years old. Pretty weird.
