I was in a local shop a few days ago and a guy was in there talking about getting rid of a suppressor. He said he was going through he11 trying to get rid of it. Not knowing all the details, he just said it was a PITA and was going to cost him more money.

If I have, had or bought a suppressor, when I'm gone, what happens to the suppressor? My son can't own firearms and the ex doesn't give a crap about guns. Where does it end up? Beings I'm not a "Spring Chicken" I'd still kinda like to have a suppressor but I don't want to cause any more stress on the family when I'm gone than they will already have. Would I do a Trust or just a standard form? I have no other relatives to give it to or at least anyone who could use it. What should I do??

You only live once. Get the paperwork going and enjoy it! Worrying about the future will not help. I would consult someone with experience on the benefit of a trust.

Even if you don't have an heir (you could still plan for your own peace of mind).
