furlough effect on officers?

Me and a buddy were talking about the current shutdown of army corp lakes and launches and was wondering, what effect does this have on wardens? Are they still in the field?
 
I think it affects the offices, staff and on site facilities. I also read that the shut down did not apply to the law enforcement sections of those agencies.
