Well just like everyone else we had a great time. I have never gone to an event and met so many great people. We will be there every year from here on out. Thanks to all of the hard work you folks did and the fantastic responce from our sponsors.
We had a plan going to Globe, we decided we would target Lions, Bobcats and Fox on state land, we would hunt North and South of Globe. The elements were against us, the dirt roads where too soft to travel so we were stuck hunting off the pavement. Next year we WILL bring the Blazer no matter what the weatherman says ... Only made a few stands not wanting to hunt in the pouring rain. The visability where we were was somtimes down to about 15 feet.
Never pulled a trigger and I can't wait to go back.

Redfrogs open room is something not to be missed.

Thanks again, Mark & Mary (SW_Sniper)

Great pictures and story ArizonaMoose! It was very nice to meet you and SW_Sniper at the PM Hunt. I really enjoyed getting to talk to both of you.

Hey Clint-
Arizona Moose reminded me that I failed to mention that the pass is only good at the Phoenix store. In the event you don't make it Sunday, I will see when Mesa is having theirs and will be sure that you have a pass for that store. I was so excited about meeting everyone and had such a great time that that "minor" detail slipped by. Just let me know. Thanks and happy hunting!

I think that pretty well summed up all the comments I have heard from those who went. I love to go next year but convincing myself to make that 3000 mile drive is tough.

It's tuff to travel that far for sure, but if your a die heart caller, you'll want to go to Globe at least once.

In talking with the folks from back east it seemed they enjoyed the diversity of the terrain the most. Me too.

We didn't call as many critters and we would have liked, but I can tell you with the all the sign out there especially after the rain, told me that the rez is full of critters.

The tracks were just everywhere we stopped and were less that 24 hrs old...

I think most of the critters taken came in pretty hard to the call...

Don't drive- fly! Phoenix is only an hour away. That is what the other guys did.

Tarry,

Yellowhammer hit the nail square. Buy you a plane ticket to Phoenix instead and get to Globe next year!
Best travel money I ever spent. ORBITZ is your friend...

Being at the Globe hunt felt like Christmas did when I was 6 yrs old & SANTA was for real...it is that good!

I think PM actually needs to do TWO hunts per year
The thought of having to wait 12 months to go back to see everyone isn't sitting well with me...

YOU MEAN THERE IS NO SANTA!!!

I consider flying out which would work well. My concern would be what kind of shape the rental truck would be in after a few days of hunting and fun!
