A couple week ago i made reservations with them for a
4 x 4 ,ford explorer the day i made the reservations i reserved a conformation by e-mail telling me i had the
4 x 4 reserved.at the time i made the reservation i told them where i am going and what i be doing and every thing was fine then.
here is the conformation

tonight I got another confirmation telling me that my 2 wheel drive pick up was reserved .
when I called tonight they told me that the ford pick up 2 wheel drive was the next best thing to the explore , i told then that i would be needing the 4x4 that we talk about on day one of theses reservations. the reply i got set me back a little this is what she told me,,, that I will have to take what ever car they had in when I get there, 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. she told me bye making a reservation 2 weeks ago and given them my credit card all I did was hold a car comparable to the explorer, 2 wheel drive or not. My next question to her was, why send me a conformation on a 4 x 4 and why wasn't i told this up front ,, and what would I do with a 2 wheel drive when I told them I NEEDED a 4 wheel drive.
Her answer was now there car's where not aloud on the res,
or off road..
So if you have a car reserved you better call and make shore the day you get there that your getting what you asked for.. i think mini van will play he11 on the res,
PS they are the rudest people I have talk to in a long time,,,
tomorrow i am calling customer services
