I thought it was important to ask thoses who was at last years PM Hunt, how is the food at the casino?????? Also wondering if like most casino's food is available there 24 hrs?? Be nice if we could get some breakfast in the early morning before heading out onto the rez... Would hate to have to go to Globe to eat or get munchies before heading out.. Is that gas station/food mart next to the casino open 24hrs??? Any input is appreciated...

Last year they were open 24 hours on the weekend... and I think during the week.. Find one server, tip them well the first time and then ask for them every time you go in... great service.. Food was pretty good as I like the SW cusine.. Their Chorizo Sausage Omelet was my downfall...heaped with salsa... Then stay in the open air...

There is a 24 your store righ next to the casino. They have the license and habitat stamp, but not the lion tags. The meals in the pavillion will be the best bet, if you can get there by 6:30-7:00. That way you won't have to drive into town. The casino does have breakfast, and I though the food was fine. Lance fed me during the hunt, Ken, so you better stock up on the snaks. Hunting makes me hungary.

Main hunt office at San Carlos. About 10 minutes from the hotel.

My recollection is that the only place lion tags can be bought is at the wildlife office
Vendors are allowed to sell predator licenses, but mountain lion is not listed.

Ken- I like the snakes that have enriched flour, sugar, msg, salt and other nutritious ingredients. A little beef jerky and a hoho goes a long ways.

Ken, don't forget those "flour and sugar enriched snakes" that Yellowhammer is so fond of. (Must be a Texas thang.)

Have you ever eaten Campbell's condensed Chicken Noodle Soup COLD? Casino food is one step up the ladder.
