New caller finally has sucess

Bought call about 3 weeks ago, been out 7 times with new call seen 3 coyotes wouldn't come in to shotgun range (only shotgun at night in michigan) had 4 reds come in, missed 2, hit 1, and ? about the other one, the 5 night was the lucky one, got a grey first predator with the call.
 
.22 rimfire is also legal, when fox hunting is open and (gun) deer is not open. page 34 in rule book. I heard a rumor from a guy my brother in law knows that the predator rules are gonna change. something about centerfires at night, and calling coon at night, how truthful this is unknown.
