Hey Toot, I've called four week old puppies close to the den. I've had three month old pups come to the call by themselves quite a distance from the den. Jay and I videoed a 16 week-old and two twelve week old pups last year that were acting very territorial, bobbing their head at us while backing up and then squating and dumping while staring at us. They were by themselves and we have no idea where the rendevous area was.
