after meeting some really friendly people and having a few laughs, and hunting, I'm back. Well we got back about 3am this morning, but this is the first chance that I had to get on the site and post anything.

This was my first time making it to the LBL hunt, and I have to admit it was great, and I will be back next year..

We have alot of great people on this site, And I don't think you could ask for a better group to hunt with..

My group didn't get to connect on any dogs, but we did have one come in, but due to the brush we couldn't get a shot on him.

We made about 15-16 stands that Sat. and seen a total of 5, 4 was from the truck, and one while on the stand. The wind was howling all day long, and I think we were having trouble get our sounds out there, I did see alot of sign..

I won a couple of custom calls at the raffle Sat night, And I wanted to put a picture of these fine calls so you guys could take a look at them. I have to admit these are some very nice calls and they sound great. I'm having a hard time deciding wether or not to use them, My wife said I should just put them on my mantel for show, but they sound so good, I would hate for a call that sounds like that not to get any use.

This first Call is made by Jimmie in KY..

This call is from Blackdog calls.

Very nice looking calls. Now, did I win anything? Who all tagged out? Any Idea of numbers called and killed. how many attended?

I want pictures and stories. Come on fellas. Some of us have to live vicariously through your tales. Spill the beans! Make me feel like I was there.

Need too? Hell , I did that a couple of years ago Nobody takes a better pic than Nikonnut. Sometimes I wanna choke the crap out of him but the man gets the story told.

You should have been there while he was working the crows with that squeaker he keeps in his pocket. Boy did those birds get ticked Oh well, at least me , Stan and Brian got to watch it Jimmie

Thanks guys...

You are all too kind! You are also a fantastic bunch of fellows! One of the best things about these hunts is the friends we make there... and I certainly consider all of you friends! Except maybe Jimmie... he wants to strangle me because my pictures of him look just like him!!!!LOL

Jimmie, special thanks for you. You do an awful lot to make this hunt interesting and keep it rolling. Your history lesson on the LBL Hunt needs to be written and archived! Thank you for the use of your roof, too.

...And for you KeeKee, what can I say? If I had a brother I'd want him to be like you! Very Special Thanks!

Thank you,too Steve... all I need is something else to do! I will always remember and think about our talks...
