Nope, no competition GUNUT.
These hunts are our annual fund raisers. We get together, give away trucks full of equipment and prizes, eat, drink beer, and go hunting.

This was not a competitive hunt, but merely 60+ guys all getting together for an "organized" hunt. There was a banquet to follow. Only members of PM could be in on this.

Everyone has a good time, and friends are made. This is not really about the hunt so much as it is about keeping the spirit and dream of a great man running through our hearts and minds. Every year an award is given out to someone who represents what a man named Will Craig had in mind.

A lot of guys want to make it out to these annual events, but not everyone can. This is why you see all of the Hunt Recaps and other things that are exclusive to this thread. I hope that you enjoy reading about our, predator masters, hunts.

You boys are a hop, skip and jump away. I am surprised that you haven't made it out to one yet.

I hope everybody can make the next hunt. I gotta tell ya folks, going to the Globe hunt was the best thing I could have done for myself. People are telling me that they can see a huge boost in my mood. I feel so much better physically that I haven't taken any pain killers since coming home. Last year at this time I was walking with a cane the majority of the time. I haven't used a cane since coming back either. Emotionally, spiritually and physically this trip made a huge difference in my life. The people you'll meet are the best folks ever. You'll feel more comfortable around the PM folks than you do with your own relatives. I can't hardly wait to do it again.

So YOU DID know that I had the camera rolling when you cut your hankerchief in half, dropped your drawers and hunkered down by that bush!?

Well Weasel, just don't move to California and develop a need for medical marijuania. We can keep you high as a kite here. Glad you are feeling better. I had my own problems last year and these guys were good to me. This past hunt, well, I was feeling much better myself.

Mr. River Runner, I sure hope that the Weasel sequence is edited out, or at least placed in the Bloopers section or is that Po----. Oh that poor bush!

Weas, ol’ buddy, and I mean ol’ with a very large dose of respect, I for one am glad that you are still emotionally up and feeling well. If you start feeling old, tired or out of sorts give me a call or shoot me an e-mail and we will see what we can do about reviving you. You got any yotes up in your neck of the woods? I got this new Howler from Tony T. that needs a good breaking in!

You folks that missed the PM Globe Hunt, start planning for the 2007 Hunt. Just put it on your calendar, like today! It really was an outstanding way to meet people that you can enjoy being around. Like Weasel-UT stated, “ You'll feel more comfortable around the PM folks than you do with your own relatives.” The Weasel does not lie, nor tell un-truths.

GUNUT,tcusparky,DesertRam,
The fact that this is a "for fun" type hunt not a competition, is why a first timer or even a nubie can come out and have so much fun. Everyone works together and helps each other have a great hunt. Unless you asked Elkeholic where he killed his cat you got a pretty straight answer on where and how to hunt the area.

Hey Weas, it was great meeting ya, and I look forward to making a few stands with you. I won't make you use your fine linen either, I always carry TP and handi-wipes.

Shameless, Elkeholic was very upfront about where he took that lion , Quote " On the Resrvation". What more could you ask?

I look forward to seeing all you guys next year.

Read some of my old posts. You'll see that I'm not shy when it comes to answering the call of nature. I have learned the limits so I don't get arrested for it (again).

I did say where I got it, by that water hole, next to the cedars and oaks with the dry yellow grasses, on that bumpy road with all the rocks.
