I have multiple LaRue mounts and ADM mounts BUT I have never done any testing to see what the POI shift would be.
From what I've read on other boards the "expected" shift is within 1 MOA where many claim they get about half that.

All mine have Midwest Industries. I like that each lever has it's own slot for tightening.
I have tested RTZ, and they work quite well.

I had a couple sets of Burris PEPR QR mounts, they sucked donkey balls big time. Zero at 200, R & R the scope and it was completely off the target.
