First you will need to use a hosting site like YouTube or Flickr and upload your video.
Here are 2 ways to share your videos.
First you can simply click on the 3 dots that will open a menu and select "share" and copy the link. Then paste the link into your topic.
When readers click on the link on your topic it will take them to YouTube or Flickr and run your video.
Or you can Embed the video into your topic. Again click on the 3 dots, and select share. Select the Embed icon.
Copy the Embed code.
Paste the code into your topic and your video will now show in your topic.
Before you post, make sure to select using HTML and UBBCode in the markup section.
