pyscodog PM Junkie Registered: 12/04/06 Posts: 16011 Loc: okla	I went to a little one horse gunshow here in town today. Might have been there 45 minutes and pretty much the same old stuff. On the way out I saw a bag of ammo marked 222. The guy was asking $80 for it. The bag was marked 110 rounds. A little haggling and I got it for $65. I got home, started sorting it and had 82 loaded rounds of factory loaded 50gr Remington, 28 rounds of of Winchester 50gr and 50 once fired mixed Win and Rem brass. I do believe I got a good score on this one. Sure hope my 788 likes it or good enough to whack stuff with it. _________________________ Stay away from negative people, they have a problem for every solution.

22magnum22 Seasoned Member Registered: 03/08/16 Posts: 149 Loc: oklahoma	I haven't tried a variety of ammo in either of my 788's, but they both are very accurate. The 223 likes the Hornady Vmax 55gr and the 243 likes the 100gr Superformance SP. You got a bargain there!
