E- caller volume around wooded areas

Has anyone experienced echoing when using their e- caller close to wooded areas? I’ve heard it a couple times even if the wooded areas are 200 yards away. I’m curious if the echo would affect calling in fox or coyotes. Thanks

I am almost always close to woods lines and never heard it—course l don’t hear that well. I figure it makes no diff imo.

I'm hunting the big hills tonight and will be hearing a echo if nothing comes in within 5 minutes or so. The way I look at it the sound is getting out there good especially a howl. Called one in last weekend with the sound echoing through the hills.

...real coyotes echo....thats ONE of the reasons why 2 sound like 4. I don't call loud but enough to make it echo in some places with these ridges and rolling hills...
