looking to get a caller. Brother has a Patriot but dosent use it much but the sound volume seems kind of low.
Was looking at the Hammerjack 2 and seems like a nice caller.
does anyone have any opinions with it.
How is the volume?
what is the remote range?

I can only comment on the gen 1 hammerjack I call a lot of open prarie to wooded river bottom in South Dakota volume tends to be adequate a volume I have personally witnessed coyotes charge in from over a mile away in low 5-8 mph wind. Gen1 remote had solid connection to 70-80 yards which is more then adequate for battery life 15-20 stands 8-30degrees 20minute increments those are run and gun days. I’m sure the the new foxpro hammer jack remote wil have a more user friendly interface. I personally think these are a great buy for novice to expert packable and integrated decoy.
