Son's RCBS Case Trimmer Problem

He got the Trim Pro-2 which looks like a quality product. The problem
though, is that the knurled part which is supposed to hold the case
from spinning when trimming does not hold the case nearly good enough
to keep the case from spinning. Is there some adjustment for that end
of the trimmer which is not in the manual. The manual for the spinning
end explains very well, but practically nothing for the holding end.

Does your case holder have the long lever on it and look like the one in the below video?


You need to make sure you have the right size Trimmer shell holder for the brass you are trimming.

The trimmer shell holder is the correct size. There just is not
enough force being applied to keep the case from spinning.

Is the tapered part of the shell holder pointing to the outside?

Flat side to the face of the trimmer. I have the same trimmer, the shell plate will go on both ways but only one works
