Rule on Want To Buy Post ?

Hello, Sorry to be ignorant but... I have read all the rules I can find but I can't seem to find out if I can post a 'Want To Buy' before I have 40+ other posts.
Is this correct or am I missing something?
Can I post a WTB ?

Takes 40 posts, which you can achieve by comments on other posts that you are reading. Weeds out trolls, most times.

The software can't differentiate between wtb and for sale threads. Parameters are set so that no one can start a thread in the classifieds until you have 40 posts.

At least that's my understanding of it.
