The power company hired two crews to set new poles for them. One crew set 15 poles a day while the other set only 5 per day.
The foreman asked Olie the lead man on the crew why only 5 poles a day.
He pointed out that the other crew was setting 15 poles a day.

Well, Olie said, you will understand when you see how much pole they left sticking out of the ground.
