Got a couple early groundhogs this year. One was out in a neighbors pasture field at about 250 yards, the other near an old barn in a grown up pasture adjacent to a small wooded lot, chip shot at maybe 70 yards. Kimber Varmint 204 took them both. Hoping to get after some more once the first cut of hay is bailed.

Great looking son you have there and a nice looking hog to. Cherish him, they grow up quick.

Thanks. They do grow up fast. He just turned 7, daughter will be 10 this year. Hard to believe how fast it goes by, and it seems to be faster each day. They make for pretty good company on hunting and fishing trips, and I enjoy going to watch them do the sports and other activities they like as well. Best thing a person can have is quality time with family and friends, regardless of the activity.
